Terms and Conditions for ONE Pole Retreat
 

Please take the time to read the ONE Pole Retreat® Terms and Conditions for workshops and event registrations.

Online Registration
"Early Bird Special" is $1750.00 USD with a payment deadline of October 1st 2018.  
Registrations are made online via website. Once your registration form is filled out and processed you will receive an email with payment information.  In order to reserve your spot at the "Early Bird" Special rate you will be required to pay in full $1750.00 (USD) by October 1st 2018.  An initial deposit of $750.00(USD) can be made to reserve your spot.  "Early Bird" Deposit is nonrefundable if you do not complete your full payment or cancel before October 1st 2018 (Early Bird Special end date). Your place WILL NOT be confirmed without the full deposit payment.  "Early Bird" Deposit may be applied to "Regular Price" ($1850.00 USD).  "Regular Price" is $1850.00 USD with payment deadline of January 1st 2019.  An initial deposit of $850.00 USD can be made to reserve your spot at ONE Pole Retreat®, which is nonrefundable, if you do not complete payment or cancel prior to deadline due date (January 1st 2019).  Your place WILL NOT be confirmed without the full deposit payment.  Payment Plans will be organized and distributed through a Paypal Invoice which may be paid in increments of your choice. 

 

Registration
ONE Pole Retreat® organizer’s reserve all rights to refuse registration of a potential Participant if it feels that individual may breach the Terms and Conditions here within. The registration is announced on the www.sretchless.com, Facebook and Instagram. Please plan your travel around the scheduled time frames for the Retreat. Travel is the responsibility of the Registrant and are not included in the prices of the event. We do our best to accommodate grouping requests, travel schedules, etc. This Retreat is for all levels.

 

ONE Pole Retreat® accepts online registrations only. To register for the event, Registrant must fill in the corresponding registration form that can be found on the website, sretchless.com.

 

Payments
After submitting your registration information and deposit has been received confirming your reservation in the ONE Pole Retreat®, an Invoice will be produced by ONE Pole Retreat® with the due balance, payment due dates with PayPal details. Registrants whom have paid in full will receive their Invoice with a zero balance. Registrants must ensure they record the Invoice No. as this is their Participant Registration Number.

 

Confirmation of Registration
You shall always receive a confirmation of your registration and payment in the form of an Invoice. Your Invoice form is a legally binding contract once you receive that confirmatory email from us acknowledging that your deposit has been received and successfully processed. We will not be responsible if you fail to receive confirmation because you have supplied us with an incorrect e-mail to ONEPoleRetreat@Gmail.com to make sure that we have received registration and deposit payment. Please notify us if any corrections need to be made to your registration immediately.

 

Cancellations
ONE Pole Retreat® reserves the right to defer or cancel any course if there are insufficient bookings or conditions arising beyond our control. Personal assistance will be given to reschedule Registrants to an alternative course date and/or provide a full refund (if applicable).

 

Cancellations by the Registrant must be received in writing by email to ONEPoleRetreat@GMail.com no later than 60 days prior to the event.

 

Cancellation Terms and Charges as follow
Cancellation with Substitution: Registrants may substitute another person by submitting a written request. Any substitute must be approved by ONE Pole Retreat® organizers and any such substitute must accept ALL TERMS and CONDITIONS of the event. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own travel reservations. ONE Pole Retreat® does not accept liability for hotel, travel or meal costs before and after the event. No other cancellations will be accepted. A $100 transfer fee will apply.

 

Cancellation NO Substitute: Should you wish to request cancellation with NO substitute and are unable to attend, provided you have informed us by email within 60 days before the event, we will refund $500.00 of your Registration Fee. After the indicated date January 1st 2019, no other refund will be provided.

 

Changes
ONE Pole Retreat® reserves the right to make changes to the published program of training (but not the overall content) to timings or Instructors if one or more of the advertized Instructors are unable to attend. In such case, you will have no claim against ONE Pole Retreat® in respect of such changes, and you will not be entitled to cancel.

 

Data Protection
By accepting the present Terms and Conditions you accept the personal information provided by you to be held on ONE Pole Retreat® database. ONE Pole Retreat® will not sell trade or transfer such personal information to third parties. ONE Pole Retreat® may use your information for marketing, advertising or product/service offering purposes. For example, we could use your information for direct emailing of our newsletters, online surveys or notifications. If you do not wish your details to be used for this purpose, please write to ONE Pole Retreat® ONEpoleretreat@gmail.com

 

Rights in Material
All copyright and other rights in materials provided to you during or for the purpose of any ONE Pole Retreat® training are the property of ONE Pole Retreat® or its Licensors and Instructors. You are entitled to use such materials only for your own personal study. You are not entitled to copy, video record, photograph such materials, images or performances (except as permitted by ONE Pole Retreat®) nor are you entitled to use or authorize others to use them for any commercial purposes.

Liability and Insurance
ONE Pole Retreat® will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the event or trainings. The Registrant is recommended to arrange their own personal travel and health insurance.

 

Applicable Laws and Competence
The relationship between ONE Pole Retreat® and the registrant will be exclusively governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Mexico without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If no agreement can be reached, any dispute related to the commercial relation will be taken in charge by the exclusive competence of the Mexican jurisdiction.

 

Liability
ONE Pole Retreat® shall have no liability for loss or damage to any of your personal property except where this is due to the negligence of ONE Pole Retreat®.  ONE Pole Retreat® will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by you; or any loss of property personable (direct or indirect) suffered by you. ONE Pole Retreat® total liability to you in contract tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed the relevant booked fee paid.

 

Conduct
It is ONE Pole Retreat® organizer’s responsibility to ensure all their Participants behave in an orderly manner during the event. ONE Pole Retreat® and its organizers reserves the right to remove any guest from the event if they behave in a manner unreasonable or potentially disruptive towards ONE Pole Retreat® or the well being of other guests, its organizers or staff members.

 

Identification
Unless prior approval has been given by ONE Pole Retreat® organizers ALL Participants are to be 18 years of age and over. Any Participant approved for attendance under the age of 18 years MUST be accompanied by a legal guardian. ALL Participants will be required to provide Identification upon arrival at the event, these must be either a current Drivers License containing a photo ID, a current Passport, or and alternative ONE Pole Retreat® approved proof of age and Photo ID.

 

Force Majeure
ONE Pole Retreat® will not be liable for any default or delay in the performance of its obligations, to the extent that such a default of delay is caused, directly or indirectly, by an event beyond the reasonable control of ONE Pole Retreat® such as, but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of regulations of government bodies, court orders, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or revolutions, strikes, lockouts of labor difficulties. Such event or circumstance giving rise to the default or delay is a Force Majeure Event.

 

Personal Use of materials or Copyrights

Materials or Copyrights by ONE Pole Retreat® and or Steven Retchless and or Sheraton Bunganvillias Resort® and Convention Center are made available to registered Registrant for individual, personal use only and may not be rebroadcast, retransmitted, shared, disseminated or stored in libraries without the express written permission of ONE Pole Retreat® and Steven Retchless or Sheraton Bunganvillias Resort® and Convention Center. ONE Pole Retreat® content Material or Copyright may available for the use by a Registrant, organizations or others use under separate licensing arrangements to be negotiated with ONE Pole Retreat®. Unauthorized sharing of ONE Pole Retreat® content Material or Copyright is restricted and may subject to the copyright infringer to civil damages. Except as specifically agreed to by the parties in writing, the Registrant may not distribute, license, transfer or assign the ONE Pole Retreat® content Material or Copyright to any 3rd party.

Venue Terms and Conditions
ONE Pole Retreat® will NOT provide travel, transportation within the city except for designated tours mentioned in the schedule and retreat details.   

ONE Pole Retreat® will provide on request to any Participant the Terms and Conditions of the ONE Pole Retreat® 2019 venue, Sheraton Bunganvillias Resort® and Convention Center. Terms and Conditions include but are not limited to;
-Food and Beverage Requirements apply to all Participants. Food is available in the venues and as part of Participants Packages. The Venues reserves the right to refuse alcohol services to persons suspected of being under the age of eighteen (18) years, and to any person who shows signs of intoxication. The Venue reserves the right to remove the offending Participant from the premises, further ONE Pole Retreat® organisers reserve the right to review the Participants’ conduct and remove them from the event if it feels fit.

-Participants Individual Accounts will be charged directly to Participants In-Room accounts and are the Sole Responsibility of the relevant Participants for that room or charge. These include but are not
limited to In-Room Dining, Guest Laundry Services, Mini Bar, In-Room Movies, Valet or Self-Parking charges. 

 

These terms apply to all registrations submitted for ONE Pole Retreat® events. They might be amended by ONE Pole Retreat®, therefore, we recommend you to read our current terms and conditions available on the ONE Pole Retreat® website before submitting each registration, or write to the ONE Pole Retreat® to request a copy of the same.
